Sean Luangrath, General Manager
Working for global high tech companies such as Electronic Data Systems
(EDS), PeopleSoft, Oracle and Cisco early in his professional career,
Sean has not only developed valuable global management experience but
also gained experience running global technical projects. Sean used
these skills to help manage and improve the enterprise planning system
at LeapFrog Enterprise Inc, a global educational toy company. He
founded a management consulting practice focusing on product planning
and international business development specializing in the US and
Asian markets.
After serving as missionary and studying Chinese for two years in
Melbourne, Australia, Sean earned his bachelor's degree in
International Finance from Brigham Young University. Sean also
received his M.B.A. from UC Berkeley and Columbia University earning a
certificate in global management. A US citizen, Sean is conversant in
Laotian and Mandarin Chinese.
Kaye Marshall, Director of Sales, China
Kaye has been living, studying and working in Beijing since 1995 including two years of intensive Mandarin Chinese language study and years of experience in the real estate and relocation industry. Asked by NAI Asia Pacific Properties, a Hong Kong-based and U.S. affiliated corporate real estate and relocation company to establish their Beijing office in 1999, Kaye spent the next 7 years building, developing and overseeing one of the most professional teams in the industry. Her understanding of both China and the needs and challenges faced by people during their relocation greatly helped countless individuals and families over the years. Kaye's dedication to mentor and train her team equipped them to provide top-notch professional services at the highest levels of integrity, ethics and teamwork in an emerging market with all of its challenges. She brings a wealth of proven ability to China Helpline as she heads our Sales Division for all of China .
Prior to moving to China , Kaye spent ten years (1984-1994) in Hong Kong . Working first with a research center studying contemporary China , and later with a humanitarian group, Kaye gained deep understanding of contemporary China and Chinese culture. A US citizen, Kaye is conversant in Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese. She has been an active member of the American Chamber in Beijing through which she helped establish the American Community Club for which she has served as Advisor to the Board. She is also involved in the Beijing community through music as a founding member of the International Festival Choir (IFC) which also has a sister choir in Shanghai .

Eric Moffett
Eric began his career as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company in the firm's Boston, London,
and San Francisco offices. As a consultant, Eric provided strategic advice across industries including telecommunications, computer software, retailing, financial services, and manufacturing. After Bain,
Eric joined Audax Group, a Boston-based private equity investment firm, where he focused on
portfolio company operations.
Eric received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, earned his Bachelors degree in Economics from
Princeton University, and has studied at Beijing Language and Culture University. A US citizen, Eric is
conversant in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
Manoj Dengla
Manoj has held a variety of positions in investment banking, asset management and consumer goods industries. Manoj worked in Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance groups at ICICI Limited in India.
Prior to that, he worked in the Corporate Development group of Unilever and in equity research with
Alliance Capital.
Manoj received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where he graduated with High Distinction as
a Baker Scholar. He earned his BA and MA degrees in finance from University of Kanpur and is a
Chartered Accountant. A native of India, Manoj is fluent in English and Hindi and studied Chinese
while at Harvard University.
Matthew Adams
Matthew began his career as an investment banker for J.P. Morgan in New York and San Francisco
and has since lived and worked throughout Asia. He has consulted for CEOs and top level management
in a variety of industries, including strategic advisory work at CNBC Asia in Singapore and COMO Hotels
and Resorts in Turks and Caicos. In addition, Matt has advised government and NGO directors
in Afghanistan and Sri Lanka on reconstruction and development. He recently completed a novel
about his travels in Southeast Asia and India.
Matt attended Princeton University, where he graduated with highest honors in Public
and International Affairs, as well as Harvard Business School. A native of Canada,
Matt is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
